How do I commission UNFALLNAVI?
Just call us at 021225080939, write us on WhatsApp or arrange a callback. We will then contact you by phone to discuss your request. If all requirements are met, you will receive our digital power of attorney for signature and we can start working.
Why do I need to sign a power of attorney?
Only with your signature on the power of attorney do you instruct and authorize us to claim your damage from the opposing insurance company on your behalf. If we do not have a power of attorney, the insurance company will not communicate with us and we cannot ensure that they pay your claim quickly.
How does UNFALLNAVI handle reductions in insurance?
We are familiar with all of the insurance companies' cutback strategies. If the insurance company cuts your case, we will promptly argue why the cut is not justified and require the insurance companies to pay in full. If the insurance company continues to refuse to pay, we will discuss with you whether we will pursue the reduced money through the courts.
How will I be kept up to date?
You will always be notified as soon as new information, such as insurance letters, is available. In our online portal, you can view all letters at any time and also send a message directly to your UNFALLNAVI case manager if you have any questions.
When will my damage be paid?
On average, we realize your claim after 14 days from the date of sending the demand letter.
