As an injured party, you are a legal layman and do not usually know all the claims to which you are entitled. You also do not know the legal means available to you to enforce your damage in court in case of doubt. Therefore, you have the right to a legal service provider or attorney. The costs incurred for your legal service provider must be reimbursed by the party who caused the damage. Since the opposing insurance company is liable for the party who caused the accident, the opposing insurance company will pay our costs.

If your claim is justified, then the insurance company must also pay our fees. If the insurance company refuses to pay us, then we will take care of it ourselves. Since we will never contact you with our fees, you can relax in this case as well.

Mediations from our partners are also without cost risk for you. This means that appraisers, tow trucks and rental car companies will, just like us, settle directly with the opposing insurance company. We will also take care of this ourselves if the insurance company refuses to pay. Means: You don't have to pay anything.

As soon as the insurance company settles your claim, it transfers the claim amount to one of our specially secured escrow accounts. The insurance company usually sends us the settlement letter at the same time, in which it is stated which damage items will be reimbursed with the transferred amount. The settlement letter is very important, because it shows if and what the insurance company has reduced or if they have paid other services directly, such as the appraiser or the rental car. As soon as we know what amount is for you, we will return the money to you immediately. If there are any reductions, we will also make sure that the insurance company adjusts the amount.
