This is Hanno - Hanno is quite unhappy. 

While working as an attorney in a traffic law firm, Hanno realizes how injured parties in a car accident regularly lose parts of their damages because the overbearing insurance companies take unjustified cuts.

Hanno recognizes that there are two major problems. First, injured parties simply do not know what they are entitled to. Second, it is very costly and involves a high cost risk if injured parties want to enforce their own right to compensation.

Hanno thinks that there must be a solution to this systematic discrimination against consumers. But what would this solution have to consist of?

Injured parties must be informed about their rights after a car accident. The knowledge should be free of charge, available on all channels and quickly accessible at all times. As a lawyer, he has the necessary knowledge to provide injured parties with the best possible information.

To compete against insurance companies, you need innovative technologies, because insurance companies are investing heavily in digitization. Hanno sits down with IT professional Pujan and they come up with a technological solution that is 100% transparent, simple and efficient.

Accident handling - everything from a single source

Insurance companies offer claimants all services from a single source, such as the tow truck, rental car and workshop, in order to manage the damage and minimize costs. Hanno's solution must also be able to do this, and he needs a network of competent partners in the industry. He meets Toni, who comes from a family of experts and has virtually grown up handling accidents. He brings with him an existing network of partners and specific know-how.

Together with Pujan and Toni, Hanno founded the legal tech startup UNFALLNAVI. As legal service providers, they plan to enable injured parties to meet insurance companies at eye level and no longer have to forego any claims.

Back to reality

They present their solution to legal professionals and universities and receive multiple funding. In 2020, the market entry takes place and the planning works out. UNFALLNAVI successfully helps injured parties and fights for claims with insurance companies on a daily basis.

Is UNFALLNAVI a law firm?

We are not a law firm but a state-supervised and legally regulated legal service provider.

Why is there no cost risk with UNFALLNAVI?

Costs will be incurred if you instruct us, but these costs will be covered for you. The costs are part of your claim and must therefore be paid by the other party's insurance company. If something goes wrong and we are not paid by the insurance company, we will never claim any money from you.

When can I hire UNFALLNAVI?

You can always instruct us if you are not at fault for a car accident.
