To strengthen our team, we are looking for a paralegal on a mini-job basis as soon as possible to provide significant support in the firm's work.
What you can expect:
Supporting our lawyers in all day-to-day business tasks:
Co-support for our clients
Billing of mandates
Communication with our customers
Organization of preliminary and further processing
Coordination of work processes
Processing incoming mail and e-mails
Participation in team meetings
What you should bring:
Completed training as a paralegal and notary's assistant, supplemented by initial professional experience
Confident in using IT programs, especially MS Office
A structured and conscientious way of working - attention to detail is your strength
Team spirit, friendliness and pleasure in dealing with clients
Good communication and negotiation skills
